Aqua Fun Day Photos

Auqa Fun Day was a awesome fun day!

Last Friday we had Aqua Fun Day for the junior school, and we had a blast! The day started with blowing Bubbles and chasing bubbles in the field, then we played the game of 'Dribble, dribble and Dump!' Next we went on the Water Slide! Some of us slid like super boy and super girl , and others span around! We just couldn't get enough of it! Next we went to throw a wet sponge against a wall, and there were some mean throwing techniques out there. After lunch we went in the swimming pool and played all sorts of games. Then we went out in the Junior court yard to show off our artistic skills with chalk and brush. Finally we played the Space war with water guns! We had nonstop amazing excitements. You can see in some of our photos.

Our weekly Music lesson time on Wednesday

EveryWednesday after lunch we have Music lesson in room18 with Mrs. Jo.  We are learning about the difference between rhythm and beat by using music intruments, and soon we will learn to sing and play the instruments at the same time.

Just a Minute Speakers in week 3

BH shared with us his Ninjago collections with us.
EM talked about amazing dinasour facts and showed us her dinasour toys. She also asked us pop quiz after her speech. Great Job!

Just a Minute Speaker of this week!

Well done AL and CM for making the first speech on Friday.
Logan shared with us his favourite pictures of Ninjago. He made his speech confidently in front his audience and answered questions from his peers'with ease.
Maia shared with us about how she enjoys using Skype to talk to her grandparents in England. She made her speech confidently in front of her peers in room 1 and able to answer some questions from her friends.    Well done Logan and Maia.
Next week will be presented by BH and EM. We look forward to it!

Welcome to Room 1's Blog site!
An exciting new year has started last week. Some of us already had a great fun in the swimming pool last Thursday.Our Swimming time will be twice a week, which are on Tuesday from 11:00 and Thursday from 1:30pm. We also have library time on Monday.
